Gandiva

Gandiva is the Bow of Arjuna. Agni presented the Bow as a gift to him and took back that after the war.

While Krisna and Arjuna were spending their days on the banks of river Yamuna in a fine summer season Agni Bhagavan appeared and requested them to give the Khandava forest as food for him. Arjuna agreed to oblige Agni Bhagavan, who presented to Arjuna the bow called Gandiva, a white horse and many other powerful arrows.
