In General

Turya is the state of having jiva alone. It is beyond the three other state (jagrata, svapna and susupti). None of the 14 constuent organs of senses have any role in Turya state.

The 14 constituents organs of senses are five Karmedriyas (organs of action), five jnanedriyas (organs of senses), manas, buddhi, ahamkara and citta.
